CSI-200 induction cap sealer
Scope of Application The cap sealer is suitable for bottles of different style to complete automatic sealing of aluminum foil at the cap. It is widely applied in the pharmaceutical, food, healthcare product, candy, cosmetics areas, etc.
Advantages & Features •Provide capping heads made by US Enercon. The machine is manufactured according to US FDA standard, with sealing up to NEMA 4/ IP65. •Provide the independent conveyor belt,touch screen, alarm light and stainless steel body. •The splitting wheel operates for uniform splitting, and also ensure uniform transmission of sealing heat,thus improving sealing property. •Vary the machine height by means of motor to deal with bottles at different height,thus facilitating efficient manpower input. •Utilize the simple fan for air-cooling, thus eliminating complexity of traditional water cooling system and safety concerns from leak. •Troubleshooting. •Provide a 10”screen conducive to ergonomics-based HMI operation.
