Scope of Application
The production line is widely used to count fill and pack a varieties of tablets, soft and hard capsules, pills and other solid granules in the pharmaceutical, food, healthcare product and candy areas, etc.
Advantages & Features
•TThe line adopts the standard, modular and flexible design. A single machine can operate independently with smart communication with upstream and downstream devices. The entire line is flexibly assembled with individual machine modules, thereby enabling flexible arrangement, facilitating transportation, and saving the installation, commissioning and delivery time.
•The buffer utilizing U-type modular design is vertically assembled to an individual machine'’S conveyor belt in a flexible way, thus saving the floor space. Further extension in the production line is allowed without impact on the entire layout.
•The seamless side assembly is applied to individual machines to obtain improved productivity as a result of freedom from bottle tilting and retention.
•Provide clearly marked moulds and modular design supporting tool- free quick release/quick change. Quickly complete change in product types at one attempt.
