SC-R250 Rotary Screw-On Capper
Scope of Application The capper is used for automatic flling, unscrambling and capping of round bottle, square bottle and oval bottle in different size, which can be applied in the pharmaceutical, food, healthcare product, candy, daily chemical and beverage areas, etc.
Advantages & Features •Allow the centrifugal unscrambling in the rotary table. Perform cap detection with CMOS laser sensor,removing incorrectly installed caps with air blowing, thus leading to no damage to the bottle cap. •Provide the tool-free quick release design for screw, planetary gear, chute and screw-on cap.Locate with dowel pin to facilitate easy replacement and installation.It may take less than 30min, in completing size change. •Provide detection of bottles in wrong dirction,and scew over-load protection. •Utilize a pneumatic three-jaw catcher,which can be automatically aligned without damage. •Provide Truking's tailor-made permanent magnet clutch torque limiter. It has scale readings conducive to accurate control of screw-on cap torque. •Vary the machine height by means of motor to deal with bottles at different height,thus facilitating efficient manpower input. •Perform detection to remove detective products, such as reversed cap, lack of aluminum foil,inappropriate screw-on capping (unfixed or misaligned cap). •Use the transparent tempered glass protection door and low-counter designs.
